Our Fully Adjustable System
TOP BRACKET
With multiple versions available for beams' size considerations, our Top Brackets are compatible with various structural members such as bearers and RHS beams. They provide a secure connection point for the subsequent stages of construction.
STUMP
Our standard is a galvanised SHS 89x89x3.5mm. Other options are available to meet project requirements.
BOTTOM BRACKET
Our Bottom Bracket holds the stump securely in place. When bolted to the Base Plate, it can be adjusted horizontally along the grooves to the right placement.
BASE PLATE
Our Fully-Adjustable Stump System features our Base Plate and Bolt Set that brings both vertical and horizontal adjustment for final placement of your stump. This adaptability is incredibly beneficial for ensuring a level and stable structure, particularly when working on uneven terrain.
BOLTABLE
Surefoot Footings offer a boltable design that ensures seamless integration with a wide range of structural base plates. Our compatibility with various Pitch Circle Diameters (PCDs) means they can directly align with many pre-engineered structural designs.
If necessary, Surefoots can be adapted and customised to precisely meet the unique demands and specifications of individual projects.
CLAMP
Our Clamping Bracket is engineered for robust and reliable fastening to common structural steel profiles, including Universal Beams (UBs), I-Beams (IBs), H-Beams (HBs), and C-Channels.
Installation is straightforward: the clamping brackets are easily positioned and loosley bolted to the Surefoot Footings during pile installation. Once the modular building or beam is lowered into place, the brackets are simply tightened to create a secure, immovable connection, ensuring the stability and integrity of the entire structure.
MOD-PLATE
This base plate is a recent addition to our collection, designed to accommodate our clamps in projects requiring both a stump foundation and clamped connections.
Its generous surface area also offers significant flexibility beyond just accommodating clamps. It can serve as a stable foundation for unattached building supports, provide a robust platform for welding, or facilitate various other alternative structural connections, expanding the options available with Surefoot.
SUREFIX
For stump projects where adjustability during installation isn't a primary concern, our Surefix offers a straightforward and secure connection. These connectors are designed for direct attachment, utilising tek-screws to connect to the Surefoot the Surefoot footing and the stump. They can be postitioned anywhere on the Surecap, allowing maximum flexibility to other project requirements.
